Weekday Chilaquiles Recipe

Many folks hate weeknight dinners. How can you feed yourself or your family fast while you're exhausted from work or racing around? 

Ingredient

– 24-ounce jar of salsa – 2 cups tortilla chip – 4 egg – 1 avocado, diced – 1 tablespoon queso fresco

Direction

Put the salsa in a big pan set on medium heat. Slowly heat it up until it starts to boil.

With tongs, dip each chip into the salsa one at a time, making sure to cover both sides.

 After that, shake off the extra salsa and put the chips on a plate to serve.

Place eggs in a small nonstick skillet. Fry sunny side up for 5 minutes to firm whites.

Put one egg on each platter of salsa-coated chips. Split the avocado and queso fresco amongst plates.
