Lemonade Icebox Pie

Ingredients: – 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumb – ⅓ cup granulated sugar – 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted – 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

– ¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed – 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice – 2 teaspoons lemon zest – 2 cups heavy cream – ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

1. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. 2. In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, thawed lemonade concentrate, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.

1. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. 2. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemonade mixture until well combined. 3. Pour the lemonade filling into the cooled crust and spread it out evenly.

1. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. 2. Once set, remove the plastic wrap and garnish with lemon slices if desired before serving. 3. Slice and enjoy your refreshing Lemonade Icebox Pie!
