For the cinnamon filling: – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened – 1 cup brown sugar, packed – 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
For the streusel topping: – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small piece – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the glaze: – 1 cup powdered sugar – 2-3 tablespoons milk – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Prepare cinnamon filling and streusel topping in separate bowls.
Mix dry ingredients for the cake, then add wet ingredients and mix until combined. Layer half of the cake batter in the pan, then spread cinnamon filling over it. Add remaining batter and sprinkle streusel topping.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm cake.
