Blackberry and pistachio cake 

Step 1: Preparing Cake Batter – Preheat oven to 350°F. – Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

Step 2: Mixing Dry Ingredient – Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. – Stir in chopped pistachios.

Step 3: Creaming Butter and Sugar – In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. – Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.

Step 4: Incorporating Wet and Dry Ingredient – Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture. – Alternate with milk, mixing until just combined.

Step 5: Folding in Blackberrie – Gently fold fresh or thawed blackberries into the batter. – Be careful not to overmix to avoid crushing the berries.

Step 6: Filling Cake Pan – Pour batter into the prepared cake pan. – Spread evenly with a spatula.

Step 7: Baking and Serving – Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. – Allow cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
